HaulerBoss Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HaulerBoss platform (“HaulerBoss”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using HaulerBoss, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose
HaulerBoss is a productivity platform designed for independent haulers. It provides tools to help you:

  • Receive accurate quote requests directly from your customers

  • Use a simplified customer quote form to increase leads

  • Access built-in mileage, rate suggestions, and speed estimates

  • Offer secure payment options via third-party processors

  • Track quotes, active trips, and completed hauls

  • Maintain organized records for each haul

2. No Brokerage or Dispatching
HaulerBoss is not a transportation broker, dispatcher, or freight carrier. We do not match loads, assign hauls, or guarantee any service outcomes between haulers and their clients.

3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of all quotes you generate

  • Following up with customers on all requests and payments

  • Complying with all local, state, and federal transportation laws and licensing requirements

  • Ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful and professional

4. Payment Processing
HaulerBoss allows you to accept payments via third-party services such as Stripe. We do not process or store payment information. Any payment disputes or issues are handled directly between you and the payment processor.

5. Data and Records
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of the data you input. HaulerBoss provides tools for organizing haul information but does not verify, review, or validate any user data.

6. Platform Limitations
HaulerBoss is not liable for:

  • Misquotes, incorrect mileage estimates, or inaccurate rate suggestions

  • Any business losses resulting from use or misuse of the platform

  • Disputes or transactions between you and your customers

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
